Paul has been developing leaders and their teams for over 15 years. He is also chief blogger for customerinsightleader.com and host of the Customer Insight Leader Podcast.

Former Head of Customer Insights for both Lloyds Banking Group and Scottish Widows, Paul has over 15 years’ experience of creating and improving data & analytics teams, plus 25 years’ experience of deriving value from data. His teams added over £10m incremental profit per annum, through improvements to customer acquisition, marketing costs and CX.
