Victoria has over 15 years of experience in marketing across the commercial and third sector. As Corporate Marketing and Customer Insight Manager she oversees the development of targeted marketing campaigns, customer mapping and business insights, as well as the implementation of systems to improve process, efficiency, ROI and a consumer-focused approach to data-led decision making.
Victoria has worked for Ramsay for five years and works as part of a busy corporate marketing department delivering national activity and supporting Ramsay’s 36 individual hospitals across England, through B2C and B2B marketing and insights. Her bread and butter is project management and her work spans across implementation, business and marketing analytics, branding, communications and design. Victoria has a keen interest in contemporary practice and change management and focusses her work on promoting data-led decision making to support business strategy, sustainability and growth. Her work ethic is visible through the results she achieves, helping to increase marketing performance by 36% this financial year, improve efficiencies by 90% and creating solutions for early issue resolution and risk reduction through leading the first stage of Domo implementation.
Prior to Ramsay, Victoria worked as a marketing and art director and business advisor in the commercial and third sector, managing projects from end-to-end. Victoria holds a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Design and Art Direction (Marketing and Advertising) from Manchester Metropolitan University, an ILM Leadership & Management Level 6 Qualification and completes her Level 7 CIM Marketing leadership qualification in December.
